EmersonTHEmerson will be using the Hannover trade show to introduce its new combined Fluid Control & Pneumatics product offering. The Aventics product brand has been combined with the brands Asco, Tescom and Topworx. The company says this will allow it to offer one of the broadest portfolios of products for controlling fluids and automating manufacturing processes.

The combined product ranges, along with the expertise that exists in both businesses enables Emerson to offer their customers a unique opportunity. The industry experts work with OEM’s and end users alike to design and select the best possible solutions for their application. Whether controlling the flow of fluids in a pipe or controlling motion with pneumatic systems, Emerson has the products that meet their customer’s needs today and for the future too.

Aventics brings pneumatic systems technologies and expertise that are critical to the digitalization of manufacturing processes, including predictive maintenance through integrated diagnostics. Asco fluid control products have a long-standing reputation for reliability and long life.  These products include solenoid and pressure operated valves. Applications are many and diverse and include the piloting of large process valve actuators.  Solenoid and pressure operated valves are used to control the flow of fluids in manufacturing plants and on industrial machinery.

Tescom precision fluid control solutions enable repeatable, accurate and robust pressure control across many applications.  Available to control downstream pressure or provide pressure relief to prevent overpressure, the valves are available manually adjustable or with electro-pneumatic controllers.

The Topworx discrete valve control and Go switch position sensing technology provides absolute assurance in the most challenging applications by increasing reliability, profitability and reducing down time. Engineered to meet tough applications while offering high reliability and installation flexibility, these rugged, dependable, and affordable models are designed to provide dependability in all environments.

The industry experts will be on hand to explain how pneumatic system health data can support predictive maintenance practices, improve energy efficiency and enable smarter decision making. You can meet them in Hall 23 on Booth C39.
