DGD Fluid Power has announced an upgraded electronics package for the popular CFT20 Series flow meters. The 20 Series has always incorporated the industry’s desired 4-20 mA outputs and will continue to maintain that output profile (loop-powered / 2-wire). However, DGD is now using a microprocessor-based platform to improve overall repeatability, increase the operating temperature to 125° C.

CFT20 series flow meters from DGD Fluid Power are now available with a microprocessor-based platform.
“Most exciting of all are the 16 field selectable flow ranges from 0-10 gpm all the way up to 0-120 gpm, allowing users to tune the flow meter to their specific requirements,” said Dale Dietel, DGD President and CEO.

This new format will mirror the electronics now found in the CFT10 Series which is the voltage output version of the Cartridge Flow meters designed and manufactured in the USA by DGD Fluid Power.
The CFT is the first turbine flow meter configured as a cartridge valve.
